Is it possible for you to have 2 high flow mufflers, one on either side on my 03' Fx45. If so, what do I need to do?

Are you referring to a true dual setup? If so take a look at the stillen exhaust system for ideas. Have a look in the exhaust mod section for others who have had this done.
