Mud flaps OEM vs "made in china"

Is there any problems with fitting not OEM mud flaps/ splash quards to the car. I see the design is a bit different.
Can anyone take a good pic from the oem ones (as well has anyone a good pic from the ones sold in ebay on the car to compare)
 
I have a full set of OEM mud flaps I am never likely to put back on the car. PM me if you want them, we can work something out.

I don't know their condition, I think they are decent though. I can snap some pictures for you this weekend if you want them.
