How would you fit an MSD ignition? We run coil packs so the traditional upgraded ignitions they make don't work and aren't necessary. They do make upgraded coil packs, but I don't know if they have the VQ application. IMO, there's no need to upgrade any car equipped with coil packs. They're such a massive improvement over the old style plug wires and distributor set up. There are 1000+ hp VQ's running OEM coil packs.
If you really feel like burning money, Okada makes VQ coil packs. But north of $1K for the set of 6 and no real dynos proving they do anything at all.
Grounding kits are another of those things that is debatable. Some people swear they work, others notice no difference at all. No dyno proof of anything. Just anecdotal evidence where people claim smoother shifting and stuff like that. No brand is better than any other, it's all made the same way. You can make your own for much less, it's just stereo wire and terminals. You can google the different grounding points that people use.
