Ok, just wanted to share how this Mr. Buffer performed vs. one of the favorite metal cleaners/polishers (Nevrdull).
Here's my right exhaust tip before:

After Mr. Buffer polish.

Left side before:

AFter Nevrdull:

My opinion? Mr. Buffer is a pretty good product. To me, it felt like a mixture of light metal cleaner and polisher. It was pretty easy to apply and wipe off was pretty simple too.
I think the testimonials on their website, though, is a bit overexaggerated. Meaning, if you have old or heavy build up, like rust & stubborn grime, this product isn't going to make it look like new. This product isn't aggressive enough to do any damage to stubborn rust. You would still need your heavy duty metal cleaner or #0000 grit wool for those jobs. This product, however, is good for light metal cleaning & polishing and the ease of application and wipe off is a plus. Just don't expect miracles.
