He guy's

Today did some work on the FX again.
I've installed the 5/16 plenum spacer.....it really is a good bang for the buck.
Been revving it a bit on the road and it pulls better then before.
Together with the Takeda intake and Invidia exhaust it makes a great sound too.

Now, it does say in the instructions that the throttle body reset is not really required but is it good to do this anyway or doesn't make any difference?
As in the instructions i had the negative side of the battery disconnected during the install so maybe it's back to basic settings anyway?
I do not have any lights burning in the gauge cluster so the ECM doesn't see any trouble.

Just curious.

Also yesterday i got a wheel alignment done, what a difference.
This guy is really pro with all laser equipment etc. and set it at a more direct and sporty driving style, also adjusted the rears and the car handles much better then before.
He told me the tyres will wear a bit faster but that's the price you pay he said.
Monday i need to go back to work for 3 weeks but when i will come home i will get the front rotors re-machined and install my Ferodo brake pads and get the wheels balanced and when that is done i guess the car will drive perfectly again.
Lots of time and money spent but the improvement is worth it!!!!!!

Oh yeah, almost forgot the sport tail lights installed today as well :smile (2):

Haha, it was not a dream....but i will shoot some pic's soon

Here we go:

As you can see on the pics the wheels are standing perfectly straight :smile (2):

As a test how it looks i spray painted the headlights with special black spray, looks are ok but the paint job itself is not so i will remove it soon again.
Specially if mister police man sees it i will get a ticket...

Very nice.

I love all motordyne products. They make some pretty sick exhaust setups for the G and Z cars too.

Could you make some sound clips?:)

Thx guys!

I made a clip before when i installed my Takeda intake but i could not upload it somewhere.....
Today i have no time anymore and need to start traveling soon for work.
But yeah, Motordyne made a nice product...easy to install and perfect fit. Good instructions too.
I didn't really see the point of buying all these thermal kits.....don't think this makes so much difference.

As a next mod i think the Transgo shiftkit will be a nice upgrade :smile (2):

Looking good wietse........To bad i didn´t know you were in surch for an intake........I had many stuff second hand from my first N/A set-up.....Plenum Spacer.....Y-pipe......INJEN intake.....H&R Springs etc....
Pm me if you ever think on something new, i might just have it in house haha..
Enjoy the spacer.......i realy felt it as well.
