Mirror Button Only Works sometimes ??

The rear view mirror adjust button sometimes works...sometimes doesn't!
Any ideas on what this could be? also, the rear driver side door sometimes doesn't unlock with the FOB or even the interior unlock button. Any ideas? Is this guna be expensive?

Sounds like your door lock actuator is on its way out. Many have replace it with this USActuators Door Lock Actuator Repair Kits

Possibly be the actual switch is going bad. Before hunting for a replacement. I would take a closer look on the connector. Just remove the kneel panel, unplug the connector and take a good look. The connector could be loose.
