MA Inspection sticker...help?

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get my MA inspection done due to my front tint being 20%?
I drove by my usual place in Watertown, MA and looks like it is under new owners...I haven't actually checked to see if they will still pass me.

I need to have the inspection done by February.

I have considered removing the tint, but rather just pay the extra for the sticker.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

William, I had 20% tint on my FX and never failed an inspection. The latest was done in Waltham, at the Shell station on Rt20. It didn't even take them 5 mins. I don't think they care about your tints on the emissions inspection really..

Note: You can also use Herb Chambers Infiniti. Talk to Nigel, if he's still there. My FX had an inspection there once with the 20% tints and didn't have any issues. Price is the same.

I had almost failed an inpsection on a rear factory window being to dark on my old Blazer.

I had to take my key and try to scratch the glass to show the dumbass tech. It was factory not aftermarket tint.

Only in Massachusetts.
 
I know I am late on this one... but if anyone is still looking... Mobil gas station on 1A in Walpole will pass almost anything.
 
Im late as well but the BP in belmont on trapello rd will do it (next to shaws), i work at cityside Subaru and we take everything there. there cool, guys name is Iggy.
 
Just verified the BP in Belmont. I don't know if the guys name was Iggy. But it was warm enough today that it didn't seem weird to pull up with my windows down. That and I was working with a rejected sticker.
 
Just roll your front windows down most of the way and you should be fine. I always have mine down at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough and never had a problem.
