Lower Rear Bumper

I've got some scratches on the lower, non painted part of my rear bumper. Would the gunmetal grey plasti dip work for covering up the scratches?
 
Most likely not! In my opinion, if the scratches not too deep, I would leave them alone. Anything you put on or over them will only emphasize them stick out sore thumb. The only way to get rid of them is to have a body refinish the entire section.
 
Have a body shop refinish the entire bumper. If it's small scratch they might be able to do a spot repair, but most likely it will crack and peel in a few years. Refinish the entire bumper is the best way to go.
 
I had mine done for $350. That's with body color the lower black trim.
 
Hmm, thanks for the replies, I'll definitely check it out. Any cheap temporary solutions? Its hard for me to get to a body shop with so much going on at work and at home for the next few weeks..
