Love new FX37 - What should I look out for?

Bought used 2013 FX37 with 45,000 miles. It has premium package and still has the warranty on it. What should I look out for before the warranty runs out? Carfax did say it was a rental, no accidents :bulgy-eyes:.

Things I already noticed - Is this normal?
1. Horrible windshield noise. Infiniti says it has an aftermarket windshield and it wasn't set right. They would also need to replace the roof mold since it is one big piece. $500 to do so.
2. The set of keys they gave me were Nissan keys
3. A bit of shaking the steering wheel when braking.
4. Fuel monitor said 70 miles left. All of a sudden, it dropped to empty and fuel light turned on.
5. The driver seat memory function doesn't seem to work. No lights on.

It appears the FX had some sort of run-in if the windshield was replaced. You can't blame that on Infiniti, but you need to investigate what went wrong with the install of the new one. There should be no noise at all from the windshield even with speeds of 80 mph+.
Not sure why you would have Nissan keys--do you have a key fob? If so, the key fob should have the Infiniti symbol on it. Possibly the original keys were lost by a renter.
There should be no shaking of the steering wheel. You may need to have the rotors/brakes checked. There are other posts on this forum about others' experience with this issue.
The fuel monitor is a calculated guess not and exact reading of fuel, though going from 70-0 is odd unless you were driving it extremely aggressively. I have the V-8 and average 17 mpg in mixed driving--I would think the V6 would get a bit better mpgs.
The driver seat memeory only lights up when the vehicle is in Park. If it doesn't work otherwise, then take it under warranty.

Hopefully, these are just a few bugs with a used vehicle--I'm on my 3rd FX and have only had an issue with the brake light failing (covered under warranty).
