128,000 miles in my g37x sedan and lately I've been experiencing that infamous metallic sound accelerating from a stop position between 1500-2500 rpm I get this disturbingly loud clanking sound coming from my engine area. Not everytime I accelerate I hear it but its intermittent. Dealer can't reproduce the sound after 2 unsuccessful attempts...smh... mybpersonal mechanic says it had to do with the timing chain components. One last trip to this dealer tomorrow so I can try to reproduce it for them with a tech in the car.
