Lost reverse

I'm a proud owner of my o4 FX 45, last week my wife was driving the car and got stuck @ the mall because it lost reverse. If i rev the engine a bit it goes in gear and drives mormal once on drive. Any advise?

Wouldn't hurt to get your transmition fluid flushed. This is one thing I never do myself since you don't get it all out by draining.
I too would like to hear some more on this, let us know.

i wonder if she tried to put the car in reverse and drive backwards before the trans was actually in reverse?
