Looking to buy new wheels...will these fit?

I'm looking into buying some new wheels and tires, and I'm pretty ignorant, and still learning, when it comes to tire size, offset, fitting, etc.

I do know that I want to move up to 20" wheels from the stock 18". And I also want to move up to a 285 from a 265 tire (285 will fit a stock 2005 fx35 and will not rub the wheel wells, right?)

Other than that I'm pretty clueless to tire measurements. Could someone tell me if these wheels would fit a stock fx35?

Also for reference, I do want to upgrade the suspension at a later date, but I'm still not sure whether I want to go with coilovers or H&R springs (I wll at most drop the vehicle 1.5-2 inches)

20x9.5 ET24 is the widest and most aggressive you can go by the looks of it?

If so no you will not have any problems. For comparison purposes, my rear GTR's are 1 inch wider and have the same offset (ET25)

In theory even the most aggressive offset from MRR will probably need a spacer of between a 1/2" and 20mm to be completely flush (at stock height).

Ok thanks alot. How do I know what spacer I will need? (Sorry for the stupid question).

Also if I was to drop the car about 2 inches (either via coilovers or springs) would 285 tires still fit and be flush and not rub the wheel wells? And how would the spacer size change?

And from what I gathered 20x9.5 ET24 is the most aggressive for that rim. How wide of a tire can I put on an fx without having to make modifications to the wheel wells etc (considering a drop in 2 inches).

Also, if anyone has any other recommendations for wheels that are similar in style to the ones in the first post please let me know!
