Got my blue FX35 in early 2005 and have just over 180k miles on it now. I have had a love/hate relationship with it; I still like the looks even today the car looks relatively current. But dashboard bubbles, car seat problems, door lock failures and treatment by local stealership has not been very pleasant. Anyway, with oxidizing paint and a few dings here and there, I don't care too much about another scratch. Looking to make some (mostly electrical) mods to the car to last it another couple of years...

Welcome! We understand your woes of long-term ownership, and going through spurts of fixing things up is normal. I'm glad you found the place to help you do your random FX projects. When the car is freshly clean and happy, it feels so good to motor her around town again. The little fit-it things matter a lot!
