Lock Actuators in FX35 in 2004 STOP WORKING

How do you change the Lock Actuators in FX35/2004...They only work sometime...I have already purchased the locks, but I don't know how to take door paneling off properly to change the Lock Actuators...Any help would be greatly appreciated...Hopefully someone will have actual pics of the repair...

Just and fyi when my front passenger went out it affected the rear hatch door. If I manually opened the lock inside then the rear would open and I would have to manually lock it as well for the rear to lock. Not sure why but somehow the operation of the rear latch was affected by the front passenger side actuator.Not sure if this is the case with any of the other door actuators affecting the rear because I only had problems with the front passenger lock actuator.
