This is way too funny.

So one of my co-workers just bought a brand new Lincoln MKX (Ford Edge). He came into my office right now and was telling me that he is really upset. He was telling me that he was washing his MKX and when he was going to clean his "CHROME WHEELS" he noticed that they were hubcaps. Can you believe that, paying $40,000+ and it came with 20" plastic chrome hub caps.

So I told him, see you should have bought an FX. You get more power and no hub caps.

Just thought I would share. Thought that was a little funny.
 
Yes it is. You know what, I went on the MKX site and I think my co-worker is talking about the center cap being plastic. I think it does come with wheels. He just kept saying that it had hub caps. I'll check it out to confirm. lol. But he said he is unhappy that everything is plastic.
 
well, I was trying to help a friend lease a car awhile ago... and we looked into the Ford Edge-Limited... they came with 20s.. and they were wheels...NOT hub caps... so I'm surprise the Lincoln version would.
 
yeah, I think he meant the center caps. I went to go to the website and saw that it has wheels. Guess he meant that the center caps are really cheap plastic. He just said the whole wheel was a hubcap. guess he didn't explain well. lol

Ok, so I talked to him right now.

He was saying that he would have wanted a wheel that just bolts and not need center caps. He said he don't like the cheap plastic center caps. He should have said center caps and not hub caps. lol
