Lights in dash after wheelhub change

As topic say all my lights did come on after i changed the wheelhub. (Slip abs dtc awd) took like 2 km before they turned on. Any suggestions ?

They were pretty stuck, so i needed to bee kind of rough with them to get them loose.
But after i some driving they dissapeared
