Lifters being replaced soon: What other mods should be done at same time?

So I had my first Spring thumbs up, "roll your window down, nice car, what is that!!!" of 2016. This also kicked me back into mod fever. Unfortunately I can not do any more mods until I have my lifters replaced. I cannot deal with the ticking anymore.

That being said, what other mods/maintenance should be added to the list for my mechanic while my engine is pulled apart? I was considering motordyne plenum spacer, and headers, but I am not trying to go too crazy.

Any suggestions? Car has 124,000 miles. Maintenance and mechanically important changes/replacements before mods. Can't wait to hear my HKS exhaust growl again and not have to keep the windows up in hooptie ticking shame

What did the lifters cost you? I'm in the same boat and don't know who to take it to. Hard to find a mechanic that can work on these.
