Leak - see picture - not sure of part and liquid

Hi Folks,

Hoping you can help me. Noticed an abundant leak on the hose (front bottom right) in front of the radiator.

Can you point me towards what oil is leaking here and what part this small radioator is? Is it transmission oil coolant?

I think I found it. Power steering cooler. If anyone has part numbers or how to's... I would appreciate. Thanks.
