Knowledge is Power

Hello, my name is Sheri and I am 59 years young. I like to know how things work and I usually just use common sense. I have been diagnosing my own vehicle for over 15 years. The reason I decided to become knowledgeable about cars was when I had an older BMW (like a 1987)and everyone thought they knew best what my car needed. Well, everyone has their own way of working on cars and those ways were not working. That is when I decided that I would learn about cars, that way I will understand what people are talking about when something is wrong with my car. Now I have people telling me about the weird sounds, rattles, clonks, ect. that their car is making and what I think might be wrong. I can usually lead them in the right direction.
Anyway that is story at least about cars.
