I've run BC's for 25K now and I bought them used with maybe 10K on them. Even with higher rate springs and running them as low as they go, they're still holding up. No issues with damping nor blown shocks. My only issue is that the driver's side damping adjustment knob gets stuck from time to time. Not a huge deal since I don't adjust damping that often.
I've never seen a Kido in person, but in pictures they look nice and the design is very similar to BC and honestly both are made in Taiwan in similar factories so I doubt the quality is very different. Only thing about Kido is that weird design where the shock end screws onto the shock body. I get that it makes it easier to use the same shock for multiple applications since you can just screw on different adapters for different cars, but I guess as real life has shown, it has a higher chance for failure than a 1 piece.
