Keyless button on the driver's side not working

Anyone has any ideas why? It's a 2004 FX45, when I press the keyless button on the door handle it does not open the door, to open the door I have to use the key fob - this happens on the driver's side door only. It works normally on the passenger's door and trunk.

This Could be a bad button on the drivers handle. Since its the only one that gets used the most.
