Just Purchased 2017 QX70S Have Some Questions About Mods

Hello, long time member here back again. Originally I had a 2004 FX45 which I sold over 8 years ago. Went on to a ML63 and then a Cayenne Turbo, but now I am back. Just purchased a 2017 QX70S with 28,000 miles.

With the way the used car market is right now, for the money I couldn't find anything more sexy than the QX70 for me. My gripe is the dreaded infotainment system and no way to really upgrade it, but as long as I have Apple CarPlay (preferably wireless) I can make it work.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the tech package on this one (lost out on one last month in Michigan with the tech package) but not sure I'd really use those options to begin with.

My 2 questions at the moment are:

1. What is the most recommended CarPlay module? I would strongly prefer one that I can use steering wheel controls for some features.

2. I see there are some issues with installing H&R Springs, any tips?

I don't have any issue installing H&R myself. I seem to remember a member on here had to cut some metal flange (not sure whatyacallit) or joint for clearance if that's what you're referring to. As I recall there is only one member on here had that issue.
