I am also new to the scene. fled from the org.

in my first couple days, i can already tell i'm going to like it here. quick replies from people who seem to know whats up. and no one trying to talk me into doing something other than what i want cuz it might be easier.

lmao... welcome man! This site will hurt your wallet though. I'm still fighting the urge to buy that lil spoiler lip for the back. It looks nice but I can't justify the $60! Meanwhile, I just dropped $255 on that NRG bar :cool:
 
SWEET! finally some cool people to bond with. HAHA

I feel you on the wallet dent though, i already blew like 5 hundy and just picked up last week. got about another 1000 worth of stuff to buy before the first snow too. and thats only for convenience and necessary stuff. (remote start, ipod control) after that i'll get into the performance stuff.

Welcome. I've never been "flamed" here at the Scene. Constructive critism I can take, but unnecessary comments – I'll avoid it if possible. I'm just here to mod my car and find others that enjoy it; not turn my passion into a headache.

The org has many members - you'll have your pros/cons as with the scene. Many of us are on both.
 
Just in the few days I've been posting here though, I've gotten quick replies, and valuable information. no one trying to shoot me down. I like to be different and try things others are afraid off. when i ask a question I just want answers to help me get at my final goal, not to have someone tell me its a bad idea. Because I'm gonna do it anyways!
 
I have always enjoyed the org, and found a weath of information there, but at times there were some members who were too into themselves for my taste.

I'm looking for a place to share info with fellow FX'rs and have some laughs. Plus it gives me something to do at work.:laugh:

Exactly! Just share and learn about our FX's and have fun at the same time is what it's all about.
