I replaced the map/dome lights for both driver and passengers. Installed a 5k 194 type 4 SMT LED. Looked pretty bright and thought I'd keep it. Then I noticed the driver seat fan is acting up (when set to cool, didnt try the heat). The fan would start up when I turn on the ignition as it always had, but then after 1minute 12 seconds (yes I timed it 3 times) the light indicator on the nob would go off and the fan would stop working. I would then have to turn off the car completely and start it back up before the fan would work again. I've had the car for some 5yrs now and never had an issue, it only emerged following replacing the bulbs with LEDs.
So I switched back to OE bulbs and the problem went away. Now I'm thinking twice about replacing all the interior lights with LEDs. This pair was purchased from VLED as per the link below (no I'm not affiliated with them or any other manufacturer/distributor).

I'm no electronics expert, just have some wrenching experience and basic understanding of electronics to get me by; but I think the circuit for those bulbs and the seat fan maybe the same/shared, and because the LEDs have a different power draw it could be causing the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this? What do you think could be causing this (apart from the obvious LEDs being plugged in)?
