Ya cuz I have seen the models with nav and they have the extra buttons if there is a way to add nav to base models I would love to know how

Definitely aftermarket nav.

Yup its an aftermarket nav. Non nav screen is 7" where as the navi screen is 8". Also the OEM navigation doesnt look like the one he has.
