Is this factory pads?

Hi, I found a brake pads with shim on ebay,
the seller said it's OEM pads, but the box did shown Nissan/Infiniti on it.
please go take a look, if it's real factory pads..

Not OEM ... thoes are aftermarket ... OEM pads from dealer do not come with hardware and the box will ( most likley ) be grey with nissan written all over it
