Is this a normal caliper slide bolt

Checking the work of sears and my noisey brakes. Calipers and hardware were replaced one of the slides was this one and it would barely move . There is a plastic sleeve on the bottom and it was barely able to go back into the caliper, even with fresh grease

Cool, thanks for confirming. I always thought both pins on vehicles were suppose to move freely. This one requires some effort.
But anyhow , removed all the hardward and put ceramic pad/ harware grease in the required spots ,rebedded the pads and no more noise [emoji3]
