Is it normal for electronics to act weird after a battery disconnect?

Since I had the transmission flash done day before yesterday, the electronics in the car act weird. They disconnected the battery. I lost all of my memory settings and what not and rolling down the windows and turning on the heat on the seats act weird too. Like if I go to turn the heated seats on they won't come on the first time. I have to turn the knob back to off then turn it back on again to get them to come on. Plus when I was sitting last night waiting for the car to warm up with the headlights on, all of a sudden the headlights moved down then came back up adjusting themselves. It's like all the computers are adjusting themselves or something after the battery disconnect.

Only thing I didn't lose was my navigation settings like the screen brightness settings and all of that mumbo jumbo. Everything else is gone and acting different.

I was wondering if that is normal or not?

I had the reflash done and never had any problems.
The more I hear happening at your Dealers, the faster I would run to a different Dealer and never look back.

Losing the seat memory is normal. The headlights always move up and down when you have adaptive headlights when you start the car, but not once the car is already on. Heated seats, i have no idea. Sometime my knobs don't work, like the lights don't light up but the seats heat up fine. If the stuff bothers you, go to the dealer

No I'm not having no problems, I was just wondering if it was normal or not. Everything is fine now though. I drove the car around and the electronics no longer do that. I guess something had to clear or whatever since the battery was disconnected.

I also notice that when you disconnect the battery in my moms Nissan the gas gauge doesn't show the right amount of gas in the tank until you start driving it around for a few minutes. The windows on her car also act weird too after disconnecting the battery. A long with the moonroof and rear windows. I guess it's like a programming thing or what not.

I don't believe that is a true statement....mine work really well, but don't do this when I park....unless maybe you are on a huge incline/decline at your house, at your work, etc.

Me too.

Only when the car is on an inclne and you start up the headlights, they then move down and come back up to adjust cause the height sensor in the rear suspension tells the AFS computer that it's parked on a slope/hill/inclne.

All is good now anyways. I spoke to my friend at the dealer and he said the computers need some time to relearn since the battery got disconnected. I drove her around a while and everything is fine now. Windows work on command, headlights move accordingly, and the seat warmed my nuts up fine.
