Ipod ready??

I recently bought a 2008 FX35 that is "fully loaded" with the touring, technology and sports package. The salesman stated that my FX is Ipod ready, but how can I really tell? Is there something I can look for in the center console, in the glove compartment? Thanks

my '09 fx35 has the ipod cable in the center counsle. I do not know about the '08 but I hope this helps!
