Inlet size on Stillen Filter?

I'm planning on changing the Stillen filter with a foam application.. Does anybody know what's the ID for the filter (to make sure the venturi ring fits)? Also any experience with foam filters?

I thinks it's 6 inches I'm not 100% sure. I'm planning on changing my stillen/kn filter to this amsoil filter part #EaAU6065 http://www.amsoil.com/storefront/eaau.aspx

K&N air filters has a very bad reputation in bobistheguy http://www.bobistheoilguy.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=cfrm. and on g35 and 350z forums.

Nice filter. Wouldnt mind one at all, but cant see the need for changing out the K&N. Seems to work fine

Hey EG3- I have the stillen CAI and the venturi ring has the exact same inner diameter and bolt hole pattern as the stock Mass Air Flow sensor. Hope that helps.

I think Eg3 wants the OD of the ring to fit a foam filter. ..

Yup that's what I was asking for... I think I could have removed the box to measure it but it's pretty tight now with the silicone hose over the UTR tube..
