About to buy a 2008 M45 with 90k miles. I have a couple questions. What’s the model of the engine (don’t say 4.5 v8)? How’s the transmissions in these things? Is there anything I should look out for specifically? And one last thing, upgrades ? 325 hp isn’t much and I can’t find anything on the web about upgrading these things.

Engine is VK45... Not much out there for upgrades as far as I know... Intake, exhaust, and a TRUE professional tune would be the best way to open up more power... 325 HP may not not like much, but the NISSAN/INFINITI engines feel a lot more powerful than similarly spec'ed engines from other car manufacturers...
