Hey y’all. I’m 39, and a proud owner of an 04 FX35. Bought the car as the second owner. Only had it a year. I LOVE my car. Draining and adding antifreeze to my system was a headache. We noticed it looked to be mainly water in the system, and it was actually going to freeze here, so we added antifreeze. Well, air got into the dang system. 4 days later, and many, many rounds of manually squeezing hoses, cranking, letting car warm up, putting more anti freeze, my fiancé swore he’d never work on it again, because he’s never seen such a picky car. lol. Well, now I have spark plug issue. Computer reads #3 misfire, I think it’s misfiring. I guess I need to replace all the plugs and coils. Looks not too hard, but I haven’t ever messed around with an engine other than my daughters plugs and coil packs on an Altima. Way different. I love learning this car. I absolutely do. I don’t know why more woman aren’t mechanics. I want to know and learn so much. I’m just happy to be here, and this site has been great for me since getting my car. Y’all are awesome!
