I Love my M35 in Richmond VA

Hello all, I've had my 2010 M35 for almost a year. It has about 54,000 miles.
It will be in the shop for new right rear bearing (hub?) after Christmas.
Is this a common issue - seems unusual with so few miles?
My wife and I love the car's ride and performance!
