Thanks. Meant to put this together sometime ago. A member just ask me about it, so that got me going back to old pictures and put a DIY together.

You've got so many DIY's. Thank you for them. There's nothing quite like being able to do something yourself. It's really gratifying, isn't it. Anyway, would you please tell me what you would do to physically get lights off on the dash? Got slip, abs & vdc because I pulled the relay & am sick of the lights. I figured I'd pull the instrument cluster & either pull the bulbs or, if that cannot be done, tape'em! Thanks.

Indeed really gratifying for doing things yourself. Not mentioning how much $ you will save for doing it yourself. One very easy job is brake job. You can easily save $200 - $300 on a brake job if you do it yourself comparing to taking it to a shop.

If I remember correctly those lights lit up could be you're low on brake fluid. I would check the brake fluid level on the reservoir. I hope someone with better memory will charm in. Regarding pulling the bulbs of these lights, they're led that soldered onto the board.

Thanks for the quick reply. My lights are on because I pulled the vdc relay. Don't want ecu telling my car to do something I don't want it to do, like continually applying my rear brakes for example.
So the bulbs are soldered? That sucks but good to know before I get in there to be prepared. No chance of heating'em up & popping'em off I guess. Guess I'll apply black paint to the bulbs or black tape.
