How to remove arm rests?

Yes, I found DIY page by fxlr8. Thanks.
But I don't know where it means "gaps of console mask"
Anyone can show me a pic or explain it to me?

If you open up the arm rest and look at the top rear right where it swivels up... you will see the gap where the rear finisher connects to the main console. What I do is use a flat head and push the rear finisher off from that area.

I mean... I can take off the rear finisher, but still have a trouble to remove console mask.
