Hi all,
I drive a 2014 QX70S with about 85k miles on it. I bought it second hand at 60k.
Given its age and miles, I have made a point of making sure everything works. But I can't figure out how to be sure the rear active steering is working.
As I understand, it doesn't activate while stationary or at low speeds (under 30mph or smth). So can't just turn the wheel while parked.
Any suggestions how I could go about "checking" it? Is there something I'm supposed to feel while driving that I can look out for? Or some other tell that it's actually turning those rear wheels? I've never driven cars with such systems before so I have no idea what they are meant to feel like.
If I were to use a go pro or smth to film the wheels, where would you suggest I film? I understand it's a very minor several degree movement, so I'm not sure it would even be visible if I filmed, say, the wheel itself.
