VDC/AWD ON...
Lets say I take a snow covered corner, the car senses its losing control. The VDC kicks in, to correct me. If i completly let off the gas pedal, is the VDC still working? Or do i have to let off gas just a little to allow the AWD and VDC to work??

AWD is always on and with the snow button on even better control see this thread for more info on how it works--- ///7359

Is the AWD drive models full time AWD or just rear untill you hit the snow button.

Full time. The snow button distributes the power to front 50% and back 50%. It's mainly for people who got stuck in the snow and try to get out. I normally leave the snow mode off... in that senses the ECU will distribution power among all wheels automatically not just locking on 50% front and back. Safer on the highway with higher speed.

i always thought the AWD is 50% front and 50% back up until around 25 mph (or so). after that, the FX distributes all of the power to the rear wheels.

when you activate the SNOW control, it just retards the spark and limits power to all of the wheels to limit wheel slippage and increase traction up to 20 mph. that's why when you activate it and nail the gas, the FX doesn't move like it normally would.
