Here's my take on this. If you if use high grade gas, I think the additives they add in there help clean you whole fuel system better than others. I only use Shell V-Power in my FX. In addition to the brand of gas you use, I often add additives once in a while like Sea Foam or some other fuel injector cleaner like STP, etc. So try anything of these options that suits your need/budget.
