Hood Vibrates

I just got my FX out of the body shop because of a hail storm. the body shop replaced my hood with an OEM hood i noticed that while driving it seems like it shakes over bumps.

I had them tighten the bolts and and seems like the same issue. I noticed when the hood is open fully it does wobble if you move it. is this normal?

I was going to say, bert could use a vibrating hood -- do you have a DIY for this mod?

JUST kidding.

I know a 03-08 does not wobble at all -- I don't see why the 09+ would. The might have not aligned it right or tightened it enough/or enough of the right bolts.
