Hissing sound in the interior

It is very faint, but I would think if it was the fuel pump, it would be going on all the time. I am started to notice that it doesn't happen all the time.
 
i notice this noise since i first got the fx... i shut off all equipment.. radio ac etc.. and still hear it.. any solution yet?
 
I was at a dealer a couple of months ago and they had a brand new 2011 FX50 and it was making the same hissing noise too. Guess it's normal and that the fuel pumps are just loud on our cars.
