Highbeam not working

Hey all, on my passenger side headlights when i switch my highbeams on they do not turn on. they work on the drivers side.

anyone know what might be wrong? Thanks.

I am not sure but there is an actuator in the headlights that change the reflection of the bulb. The actuator might be out, hopefully somebody with more knowledge can chime in.
