High milage engine/transmission question

My FX35 is over 50k and while sitting down at home I started thinking.. What parts should I change/ upgrade to my engine/transmission after my FX35 hit the 100+k mark?

What things should I do to keep it going strong..?

throw in a twin turbo when you reach that mark. then there's a $hit load of internals that you will have to upgrade/change which isn't a problem since your at 100k you changing them anyways.
 
That's sounds like a great plan.. But for those that just want to keep the natural aspirated VQ, what internals should they upgrade?
 
Maybe rebuild the engine with stronger rods and pistons. Upgrade the tranny with new clutch packs internals gears, VB upgrade.
