Hesitation in 1st gear DS Manual mode.

Hi,

I have FX50 2009 model with 130k miles. i am having this issue of no response in 1st gear when i am in manual DS mode. it happens only in manual mode. when i press gas pedal full throttle car doesnt move for a second while rpm goes to 3000 then all of a sudden it starts to move. i also have this small vibration whenever i make left or right turn also while going straight . feels like vehicle is shuddering in rear. car steering feels like not in full control. i have done balancing , alignment, new brake pads and rotors. but no luck.

trans fluid was changed from agency 1 year ago. Recently i have changed spark plugs from agency. for the first two days car was very smooth. then it started having kind of bumpy bouncing ride whenever i accelerate or decelerate. i feel like tire is bouncing and then all car starts vibrating. not too much vibration but kind of bouncing feel whenever i am speeding. whenever i start driving in DS manual mode for first five minutes all smooth then may be because of the stress on drive train or transmission it starts hesitating in first gear. one garage said this could be issue of the transfer case? car is smooth inside parking area of my building on the road it feels bumpy, could this be suspension? sorry for the long description. Thanks.
 
UPDATE.... hesitation in DS Manual mode in first gear resolved. New Radiator and coolant fixed the problem. Thanks.
