Installed plenum spacerand car won't run for more than 3 seconds.Of course I made the mistake of hitting the TPS.So with this happening is there a easy fix or do I need to take it to a Infiniti dealer.

Ya, make sure everything is tightened back up. I know when I installed a K&N intake on my friends Tahoe, I forgot to plug in the MAF. Took awhile to find. You get so excited about finishing that you miss simple things.

Another idea.
Maybe you have an air leak somewhere. Maybe the PCV valve?
Did you remember to reconnect the small air intake breather hose on the intake tract forward of the Throttle Body. The valve could also be plugged with oil contamination.

make sure throttle body is closed and ya, plug that MAF cable in if it isnt
