Hello all,
Does anyone know how that plastic/chrome trim piece just above the bottom of all four doors attaches to the vehicle?
Sorry, I dont have a picture of it right now. Its the strip that runs the length of each door, just before the bottom of the door.
I am trying to find out if it is supposed to snap into place or if its supposed to be "double side taped" into place.
I just had a repair done a body shop and its not completely flush against the door along the entire strip and i can see sticky adhesive in between the door and the trim piece. I am trying to determine if the shop broke clips and tried to ghetto it back together of its supposed to "glued" to the door in the first place.

Well never mind, I searched high and low, couldn't find an answer; and wouldn't you know it, the similar threads section at the bottom of my own thread guided me to the answer.
