help! 07 door swap for 05

Reaching out to the community for some help. A recent accident has resulted in me needing to replace my 2007fx front passenger door. Ive found a 2005 door but the shop was concerned whether my door handles electrical components will be compatible for keyless entry? Would these be interchangeable? Thanks in advance.

Isn't the lower trim different as well, are they compatible? Door handles look the same though.

I have used 2004 doors on a 2007. The wiring is different.
The door it's self is the same, minus the wiring and bottom door trim

Yep, the wiring is different since the 06+ has the seat controls on the door while the -06 has seat controls at the side of the seat.
