I took my car to Advanced Auto Parts to have the battery checked and they told me anything with the battery has to be done at the dealership. I am not driving 2.5 hours to the closest dealership.
What will happen if it doesn't have power while replacing the battery.
 
You may lost radio settings, seat memory. My car battery died recently. Had AAA jump started it. Drove to Costco, disconnect the battery at the parking lot, took it out of the car, took it in to avoid additional trip back to return the core. Bought one of their Interstate brand battery and installed it. Good to go again!

If you're concerned, you can get this and connect it to spare 12V car battery or a car jump starter battery pack before you disconnect the car battery.

Thank you for the info! My husband replaced it and I didn't lose radio settings or seat memory, but my windows won't automatically go up with just a touch of the button like they did, I have to hold it up for them to raise, if that's the only thing that happened then I guess I'm good. All the shops I called in my area either wanted over $100 to changed it out or were afraid to do it. I am not the only one with an Infiniti in my small town of 125,000 people. LOL
 
The automatic window changing after you replaced the battery is normal. Easy fix. I done it a few times but don't remember. Just Google auto window no longer works infiniti. Very easy fix

I actually googled it and just fixed it. All good! Thank you for repsonding. :)
