Head/Stereo Unit TSB ?

I've looked through all of the TSB's in this forum section and could not find anything. Apparenly there IS a TSB for my issue...per my service manager.

This is where my stereo will randomly shut off, restart then power back on again. Sometimes it just keeps doing this in a cycle...over and over again. Yesterday it did it twice in 4 minutes (I took a video of it with my phone to prove to the dealer what was going on lol). One time it went 6 times in a row before I had to park and get out of the car.

I just talked to my rep and she said she would call me back to see if she had the part in stock for the fix.

Also waiting to hear from her on the A/C whining noise TSB...I'll keep you guys posted.

Let me know if anyone has any more info on this Stereo/Head Unit issue...
 
Took my FX50 in this morning for both TSB's...they still have it overnite tonight...won't get it back until tomorrow. Just wanted to let everyone know there is in fact a TSB for the Nav Unit...and I'll report on the A/C noise fix too...
 
awesome...will be interesting to see your take on the a/c....nobody has reported yet that it has been 100% resolved yet with the TSB.
 
Funny...I was actually just going to post something about my feedback on this thread and I just read your post...it is definitely quieter...BUT...I believe it's still louder than it should be...
