I have the first "Jawbones" that was released and have used it without any problems, the new one "Jawbones 2" is suppose to be even better and half the size with somewhat a different appearance.

I hate earpieces... I'm thinking of the parrot with the color screen but heard they go bad often... I do bluetooth through the pc but it's not very reliable & more hassle than it's worth...

I swear... (I think it's already been mentioned), because of this law (new to us in CA), I see a trend of accidents because people are trying to drive and text at the same time since it's not illegal to drive + text. At least not yet.
