Halo rings installation help needed!!

So i've been holding a set of halo rings from ebay from a really long while and couldn't find a local place to have them installed, is there any installation instruction on here like the steps for wiring thing that I can follow to DIY it? wanna set it up as DRL, but have exactly no idea how to do the wiring stuff. Is it possible to let it light up as long as the engine is running?

Try out hidplanet.com They have a forum where lots of people have installed rings and have tips. There's not really much of a DIY because it's hard to explain but not that hard to do. Basically bake and take apart your headlights, glue the rings on, and wire them to whatever you want them to light up with. LED's don't draw much current, so if you can tap into almost any source that is on when the key is in the on position. That would give you DRL's. Get a multi-meter and find the closest wire that is on when the ignition is. Off the top of my head, I can't think of anything at the front of the car, but I'm sure there is something.
